The funny thing about most of our songs is, they actually sound more like music you hear in a video game.  Probably 90% of all the sounds in our songs were generated by one of the least expensive and completely cheesiest Yamaha keyboards of the time.  However the upside of using a keyboard with absolutely no bells and whistles like this was, it required us to actually write all the music from scratch.  Every sound of every note is all made up from simple voices using a very simple keyboard.  Nowadays you can sit down at any keyboard, press one button and you've got a song.  But that's just not how we did it back then.  Now 15 years later, Dave and I have plans to rework some of our songs using a bit of updated technology.
